Nick Houchins V. Canadian Pacific Railroad

The Bremseth Law Firm is pleased to announce a jury award of $2,000,000 on June 5, 2018 to Nick Houchins who was injured while employed at Canadian Pacific Railroad.

Nick was working as a conductor at CP and during the course of his employment, he was unloading his “grip” from the back of the crew van in St. Paul, when the crew van driver put the van in reverse & injured both of Nick’s knees which resulted in surgery & the loss of his job with Canadian Pacific. CP Rail contended that Nick did not have any knee injuries and if he did, they were preexisting. The jury awarded our client a justifiable $2,000,000. We wish Nick the best in dealing with this injury for the rest of his life.
